We are holding our first Canadian Demo Day in partnership with the largest assistive technology organization in Canada, CNIB SmartLife on June 21st.

We are thrilled to announce that we are holding our first ever Canadian Glide Demo Day on June 21st in Toronto kindly hosted by the Canadian Institute for the Blind (CNIB) SmartLife. The event is already proving to be popular, and booking is essential so that we can make sure everyone gets to enjoy their own Glide experience. You can register directly here:

During your session, you will have the opportunity to hear from Amos Miller, Glidance CEO and founder, about how he came up with the idea, chat with the Glidance team to have your questions answered and to meet with others from the Toronto blind low vision community as well as get to experience Glide. Due to the prototype nature of the product, all demos will be controlled by a Glidance engineer using a remote-control system based on real-life situations as experienced by Amos.

Glide is the world’s first self-guided navigational mobility aid for the blind and is an award-winning assistive technology product that aims to transform the lives of millions worldwide. This can only be achieved with the support of our community. The Glide community has been instrumental in helping us to develop our product to where it is, and we would love you to join us on June 21st so we can get your thoughts.

The event is held at CNIB’s headquarters at 1929 Bayview Ave, Toronto, ON M4G 3E8. The exact timing and additional details will be shared after registration.
